Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant SAP PP/MM/QE to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions in Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Quality Engineering (QE) modules. This role is critical to delivering end-to-end SAP ECC and S/4HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and procurement platforms like SAP Ariba. As a senior consultant, you will drive client success by translating business requirements into robust, scalable architectures while mentoring junior team members
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership: govern functional SAP enhancement/ new business process projects, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Act as a functional consultant in change request and Projects, liaise with Solution Architects
- Build effective network with partners from Business Operations Domain and IT organization
- Realization of Service Requests (standard changes or service activities within the agreed scope of employee rights – the area of changes characterized by low risk)
- Creating, analyzing and solving problems under defined terms of service (SLAs)
- Managing the escalation process (Project Issues, CRs, Incidents or Service Requests)
- Problem solving / level 3 support, root case analysis and issue bundling
- Collaboration with other IT teams (internal and external) supporting Sunnova AG to solve problems.
- Ensuring the implementation of system solutions and maintaining systems in accordance with the GRC requirements and the policy / rules in force at Sunnova (e.g. Authorize., GDPs etc.)
- Supporting the activities of auditors and controllers (e.g. Auditor, FDA etc.)
- Planning, Identification and implementation of Regression Testing as part of Change requests and projects
Skill Requirements :
- Degree in IT engineering (Master, Bachelor or equivalent)
- Seasoned SAP ECC consultant with 10+ years of experience in PP, QE, MM modules
- Hands on experience with Ariba, MES solutions knowledge nice to have
- S4Hana/Cloud hands-on experience ( also s/4HANA implementation projects )
- ITIL Experience – mainly around: Incident, problem, change, escalation management
- Able to speak “Business language” while talking IT topics
- Experience in implementing multiple business process changes in SAP & other Business Systems
- Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities and Custom Development procedures
- Experience in organizational change / process change and how to manage transformations
- Experience with the Agile/DSDM project methodology will be an asset
- Customer focus and strong team player, ability to be flexible and self-motivated
- Excellent spoken English skills
