As an Associate Data Services Consultant at SAP Concur, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and data insights. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and data teams to develop actionable reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos. - Resolving reporting-related issues raised by external clients by providing effective analytical solutions. - Providing consultancy support on reporting challenges to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. - Recommending industry-specific and client-focused standard reports to improve reporting effectiveness and business insights. - Maintaining strong client communication, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project delivery. - Collaborating with clients to effectively distribute reports and insights across organizational teams. - Tracking and updating project progress using internal project management tools. - Working closely with consultants across different regions to design and develop reporting solutions. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-5 years of experience in reporting tools. - A degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI. - A passion for data consulting, analytics, and deriving actionable insights from data. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. - Proactive team player with a curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt in fast-paced environments.
