JOB DESCRIPTION
- As an Associate Digital Customer Engagement Manager at SAP, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless adoption of the new RISE SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition solution by customers through a Shared Services model. Your responsibilities include: –
- Driving Sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding, covering technical aspects such as IP ranges, Load Balancer setup requirements, VPN networks, and more.
- – Handling support tickets, bridging customer queries and requirements with the technical operations team.
- – Conducting periodic service reviews to track service quality across a range of customers. – Orchestrating overall service delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- – Work in the European time-zone. – Hold an engineering graduate degree with at least 1 year of work experience as a SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing/supporting role, particularly in IT services in a Cloud environment, consulting, or IT BASIS support.
- – Possess strong knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP ERP modules, and tools like TSM, BODI application, and various databases including HANA, ASE, Sybase, and Oracle.
- – Have hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, technical support in Cloud environments, especially with hyperscale’s, OS/DB migration, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
- – Demonstrate technical and application expertise in different cloud solutions such as S/4HANA or another private cloud.
- – Understand infrastructure operations and processes, escalation handling, and procedures.
- – Exhibit excellent customer focus, networking, relationship-building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills.
- – Experienced in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals.
