Role Overview:
The Funds and Grants Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing specialized support for defect resolution, system configurations, and reporting within SAP Funds and Grants Management for our clients. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure seamless process flows, effective integration with key SAP modules, and the delivery of high-quality operational services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for defects related to configuration and reporting within SAP Funds and Grants Management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to guide and resolve issues pertaining to custom developments and enhancements.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Funds and Grants Management process flows and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Possess a strong grasp of integrations between Funds and Grants and other core SAP modules, such as FI/CO and MM.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit and compliance activities as required.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in SAP Grants Management and Funds Management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Funds and Grants Management, including system configuration and reporting functionalities.
