Job description
We are hiring a SAP FICO Consultant with 13 years of experience to support GST compliance, SAP configurations, and cross-module integration (FICO with SD & MM). The role involves functional documentation, business requirement mapping, and close collaboration with ABAP developers.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Functional & Configuration
- Support integration with SD & MM modules
- Configure SAP FICO modules including AP, AR, GL, and GST
- Manage master data setup and basic configurations
Business Requirement & Documentation
- Gather business requirements and convert them into Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Prepare clear documentation for ABAP development (customization & integration)
- Translate tax/compliance requirements into SAP processes
Integration & Data Understanding
- Understand and correlate key SAP tables:
VBAK, VBAP, VBRK, VBRP, BKPF, BSEG, EKPO, EKKO, KONV - Map relationships between FICO, SD, and MM modules
- Reconcile Purchase Register with GL / Tax Register
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with ABAP developers to explain functional logic
- Support testing, validation, and timely delivery of SAP solutions
Key Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL, GST)
- Knowledge of SD & MM integration with FICO
- Familiarity with SAP tables and data flow
- Functional documentation (FDD / FS preparation)

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business preferred)
Preferred Certifications
- SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Implementation
- Management Accounting in SAP S/4HAN
Experience
- 1– 3 years in SAP FICO / SAP Support / SAP Implementation
