- Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus

- Position Management
- Fundamental objects
- MDF
- Workflows
- Pick List Management
- RBP
- Time Off data models
- Adhoc Reports in Employee central
- ESS,MSS/ Enterprise portal
- Positioning budgeting and control – Post Management
- Success factors working experience with hands on one implementation project
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Must be a good team player
