As an Associate in the IT Service Management (ITSM) Operations team at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services for a variety of business applications, with a focus on Oracle applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective integration and utilization of Oracle applications. By leveraging your consulting skills and experience, you will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: – Incident & Problem Management: Swiftly restoring service during outages and identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences. – Change Management: Managing IT infrastructure or software changes to minimize risks and service disruptions. – Service Request Fulfillment: Addressing user requests for hardware, software, or access. – Process Improvement: Developing, implementing, and monitoring ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency. – Tool Administration: Managing and configuring ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. – Service Level Management: Defining, measuring, and reporting on service performance metrics (SLAs).
