ABOUT THE JOB :
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development and RICEF objects, along with exposure to at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project. The candidate will work closely with functional teams to design, develop, and support SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP environments.
- Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Work on custom reports, ALV reports, and performance optimization.
- Develop interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and file-based integrations.
- Work on data migration and conversions using tools such as BDC, LSMW, and LTMC.
- Implement enhancements using User Exits, BADI, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
- Develop and maintain SmartForms, SAP Scripts, or Adobe Forms.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze functional specifications (FS) and prepare technical specifications (TS).
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide support for production issues, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Work within SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ABAP programming and Data Dictionary concepts.
- Hands-on experience with RICEF development.
- Experience with ALV reports, BDC, IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Knowledge of Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements).
- Experience in SmartForms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms.
- Good understanding of SAP transport management and debugging techniques.
- Experience working in implementation or rollout projects.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA ABAP concepts.
- Basic knowledge of CDS Views or OData services.
- Experience working with functional modules like SD, MM, or FI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects.
