Role & responsibilities: :

1. SAP MM Configuration & Learning Support

• Assist in the configuration and customization of the SAP MM module under senior consultants.
• Support setup of:
  • Material Master Data
  • Vendor Master Data
  • Purchasing Info Records
  • Inventory Management Processes

2. Master Data Management

• Help maintain and update material and vendor master records.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across SAP systems.
• Support data validation and cleansing activities.

3. Procurement Process Support

• Assist in end-to-end procurement cycle configuration and execution, including:
  • Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Goods Issue (GI)

4. Inventory Management Support

• Learn and assist in managing stock and inventory transactions.
• Support goods movements such as receipts, issues, and transfer postings.
• Assist in stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.

5. Invoice Verification & Compliance

• Support invoice verification processes.
• Assist in matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Help resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance teams.

6. Cross-Module Integration Exposure

• Gain practical exposure to SAP MM integration with:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP WM
  • SAP PP
  • SAP FICO
• Support resolution of integration-related issues.

7. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Prepare and execute test cases.
• Document defects and support issue resolution.

8. End-User Support

• Provide first-level support for SAP MM users.
• Assist in troubleshooting system and transaction-related issues.
• Respond to user queries in a timely and professional manner.

9. Project Implementation & Go-Live Support

• Assist in SAP MM implementation and roll-out projects.
• Support data migration, configuration validation, and system testing.
• Participate in cutover and go-live support activities.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of:
  • Materials Management
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Control
  • Supply Chain Processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP MM concepts is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems through academics or internships is preferred.

• Okay for 2 years for Bond.
