Work you’ll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position

and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. To do this, one must perform

the following activities within the firm:

 

SAP FICO implementation Professional should have:

 

Hands On experience as SAP FI SME on large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

Bachelor’s Degree/Masters/MBA/PGDM/CA/CS

9-14 Years of SAP functional experience

Location:Pune

Must have worked on at least 3+ end to end SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield Implementation (excluding support)

Strong ability to translate business finance requirements into technical specifications and configuration.

Experience of End to End project lifecycle experience

Expert in understanding of S/4 HANA Capabilities / new functionalities

Worked extensively on RICEFW objects.

Subject Matter expert (SME) understanding of A/R, A/P, Banking interfaces

In‑depth knowledge of GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, taxation, Budgeting, Cost‑Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis

Must have knowledge of country specific localization.

Subject Matter expert in FICO cutover activities

Must have knowledge cross module knowledge and experience – FI-MM, FI-SD,HCM

Produce Business blueprint, KDS, functional specifications, configuration document, user manuals.

Experience of working with Indian and global clients.

Good understanding of Fiori apps for Finance.

Good hands on capability – can independently develop good quality deliverable.

Define migration strategy for legacy GL/AP/AR open items, Asset Balances, GL balances

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Willingness to travel for short and long term durations

Qualification Criteria

• Education backgrounds – BE or Equivalent

• Soft skills – Strong Communication skills desired

• Travel readiness – Should not have constraints to Travel as and when required
