As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
SAP CS Professional should have: (10 to 13Yrs)
Ideal candidate will have experience on SAP S/4 Services (new version of SAP CS) module with a minimum of 1 implementation experience of S/4 services module on SAP Public cloud.
The candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in SAP S/4 implementations
- End-to-end implementation and support of SAP CS module
- Strong understanding of Service Management processes:
- Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts & Warranties, Repairs Processing
- Configuration of:
- Service Orders & Notifications, Item Categories, Copy Controls, Status Profiles, Partner Determination
- Integration with other SAP modules:
- SD, MM, FI, PP
- Experience in S/4HANA Customer Service is preferred
- Handling incident, change, and enhancement requests
- Preparation of:
- Functional Specifications
- Test Scenarios & UAT Support
- End-user training and documentation
- Client interaction for requirement gathering and solution design
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in SAP CS configuration and support
- At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of business processes in Customer Service
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Exposure to ITSM / AMS projects is an added advantage
Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA CS experience
- SAP FSM / CRM Service exposure
- Debugging knowledge (ABAP basics – desirable)
- Experience with global rollouts

Education Qualifications

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
