Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP MM processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
- Configure and maintain master data such as Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing Info Records.
- Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Verification (IV), and Stock Transfers.
- Work closely with business users to resolve SAP MM issues and provide functional support.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, FICO, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Support month-end and year-end business processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
- Knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, and Vendor Management.
- Experience with Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, Account Determination, and Output Management.
- Understanding of integration with SAP FICO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Experience in master data management and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM functionalities is preferred.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. .
Preferred Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration.
- Experience in procurement transformation and process optimization.
- SAP certification in MM/Sourcing & Procurement is an added advantage. Role & responsibilities.
