Special procurements like subcontracting stock transport orders consignment 3rd party procurement etc

Direct and indirect procurement

Inventory Management and Physical Inventory

Supplier Invoice verifications

Taxation and inventory valuation

SAP core team member or SAP Support desk member Procurement Process Consulting

Gather and analyze business requirements across Procure to PaySA P2P processes

Configure and support SAP S4HANA modules including

purchasing

inventory Management

supplier Management

oSource Contract

service Procurement

Design and implement solutions leveraging standard S4HANA procurement capabilities

Project Delivery Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles upgrades and enhancement projects

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations

Support UAT functional testing and cutover activities

Provide Level 23 application support issue resolution and improvement recommendations

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders procurement teams and technical developers

Collaborate with integration teams for touchpoints with FI MM SD Warehouse or external applications

Documentation Training

Develop configuration documents test scripts process flow diagrams and training materials

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users

Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering blueprinting documentation designs Provide alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality

Develop functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing

Demonstrate proof of concept assist in training activities

Perform initial testing of problem fixes change request enhancements and new functionality

Develop functional specifications and works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing

Provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing and lead a team of consultants Rollout Experience with the below minimum exposure

Conducting Business meeting to Extract the Legacy Data for Migration

Migrating the Data from the Legacy Systems to SAP

Handson working experience in Transactional Data migration with Deployment Cutover experience

Follow the deployment plan resolve data migration issues resolve cut over user issues support team in deployment activities for a smooth go live

Coordinating timely with the Business in extracting the Data from Legacy System Validating the data Signoffh.
