Exp: 3 – 10 Yrs
Seeks an ERP Functional Consultant with a mandatory experience in the manufacturing domain.
The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented a full Manufacturing ERP or specialized in modules like
- P2P
- Purchase
- MM
- Inventor
- O2C
- Finance
- FI
- R2R
- PPC
- Plant Maintenance
- SD
- CRM
- HRM
Key Responsibilities:
- Gap Analysis & Documentation: Prepare SRS, FRD, BRD, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.
- ERP/CRM/HRM Implementation & Training: Configure, implement, train, and secure client sign-off.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic project reviews and manage risks proactively.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide juniors and coordinate with department heads to meet organizational goals.
- Project Management: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
- Immediate Joiners are preferable
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in any ERP Implementation(Lighthouse, SAP, Tally, Marg, ERP-Munim, Focus, etc.).
- Preferred Qualifications:CA-Inter, ICWA, IPCC, B. Com, B. Sc, BBA, MBA, Engineering or Equivalent.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & ERP modules.
- A frequent traveler with Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- SQL & data modeling, MS Excel & Office proficiency are a plus..
