Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented SAP MM Data Entry Operator to support procurement and material management operations for ongoing real estate projects. The role involves accurate data entry, PO processing, material records management, vendor coordination, and SAP MM transaction handling to ensure smooth project procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update procurement and material-related data in SAP MM accurately and within timelines.
• Create and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GRN), and Material Master records.
• Verify vendor details, material codes, quantities, rates, and supporting documents before data entry.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, accounts, and project teams for timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain records of material receipts, stock movements, and pending procurement transactions.
• Generate SAP reports and MIS related to procurement and inventory.
• Ensure data accuracy, document control, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and transaction records.
