Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for the timely dispatch of parts/vehicles to Customers as per daily/weekly schedules.

2. Prepares delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists, and ensures correct documentation.

3. Ensures proper packing, labelling, and coordination with transporters for on-time delivery.

4. Maintains accurate records in SAP and follows up with Customers.

5. Coordinates with Customers’ logistics/store teams to resolve delivery or scheduling issues.

6.Follows FIFO, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with dispatch SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
2. 04 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Store Operations.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP will be preferred.
4. Understanding of dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
7. Willingness to work in shifts and meet dispatch schedules.
8. Basic knowledge of inventory management and FIFO practices.
9. Freshers with a learning attitude may also apply.
