Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO).
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Good understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling.
- Ability to work on end-to-end implementation projects and support environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Certification in SAP FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (Finance & Controlling) based on business requirements.
- Handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects promptly.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP team for enhancements.
- Conduct end-user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and new functionalities in FICO.
