ABOUT THE ROLE

Javita Consultancy is a focused SAP consulting practice delivering S/4HANA Private Cloud projects for global clients using modern SAP technologies Fiori Elements, OData, RAP, BTP, and Clean Core extensibility.

We are hiring a hands-on SAP all-rounder whose core strength is Fiori/UI5, backed by solid OData, RAP, working ABAP, BTP, and Clean Core knowledge. You will work on live international S/4HANA projects from Day 1, directly under a Senior SAP Architect (14+ years, 15+ global implementations). This is a Fiori-primary role that flexes across the stack — we want someone who can build Fiori apps independently and also support OData and backend work, not a narrow single-skill developer.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori/UI5 applications (freestyle and Fiori Elements) on live client projects
• Build and consume OData V2/V4 services; handle model binding, CRUD, and end-to-end debugging across frontend and backend
• Develop and extend RAP-based services (behavior definitions, validations, determinations, actions) on S/4HANA
• Extend standard Fiori apps using adaptation projects, controller/view/fragment extensions, and custom sections/columns/actions
• Support ABAP backend logic — read, debug, and build where required to complete end-to-end features
• Follow Clean Core principles — released APIs, key-user/developer/side-by-side extensibility, keeping the core upgrade-safe
• Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision; communicate progress clearly and daily
• Collaborate directly with the senior architect on design, code reviews, and delivery
• Produce clean, documented, maintainable code and support handover/runbook documentation

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS

• SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 — XML views, JS controllers, models (JSON, OData), routing, fragments, dialogs, i18n
• Fiori Elements — List Report, Object Page, Worklist using CDS annotations
• Extension of Standard Fiori Apps — adaptation projects, controller/view/fragment extensions, custom sections/columns/actions
• JavaScript ES6+ — let/const, arrow functions, promises, async/await, array methods, closures
• OData V2 and V4 — service consumption, model binding, CRUD, $expand, $filter, $batch, debugging
• Data Binding — property, element, aggregation, expression binding
• SAP RAP — managed/unmanaged scenarios, behavior definitions, validations, determinations, actions
• Working ABAP — reports, enhancements, debugging; able to read and build backend logic
• SAP BTP — subaccounts, destinations, connectivity, Cloud Foundry deployment, App Router, HTML5 repo, MTA builds
• Clean Core — key-user vs developer vs side-by-side extensibility, released APIs, keeping the core clean on S/4HANA Private Cloud

GOOD TO HAVE (Not Mandatory — Strong Advantage)

• SAP Fiori Launchpad Administration — catalogs, groups, spaces/pages, roles
• SAP Build Work Zone — sites, spaces, pages, content federation, role setup
• CDS Views — basic, composite, consumption views with annotations
• SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) — Fiori tools, CDS plugin hands-on
• VS Code, Git (clone/branch/push/pull/merge), Postman
• API integration — calling external REST APIs from UI5
• S/4HANA Private Cloud project experience

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• 100% Fixed salary — no variable pay, no performance-linked component
• Consolidated monthly payout — whatever is agreed is what you receive each month, in full
• No PF deduction — fixed compensation structure
• Salary range: 2.0 – 4.0 LPA (fixed), based on skills and interview performance
• Performance-based salary revision after 6–12 months

ELIGIBILITY

• Any degree completed (B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / MCA / M.Tech — any stream)
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on SAP Fiori/UI5 experience on real projects
• Able to build Fiori apps and consume/debug OData independently
• Available to join IMMEDIATELY — no notice period, no future joining dates
• Willing to work from office daily (Mon–Fri) at Kondapur, Hyderabad
• Strong willingness to code daily and work under senior architect guidance

SELECTION PROCESS — Single Round Technical Interview

• Live coding on UI5 controllers, XML views, and data binding
• Building a Fiori Elements app using CDS annotations
• Extending a standard Fiori app — explain which approach and why
• OData V2 vs V4 binding and debugging scenarios
• RAP basics — behavior definition, validation/determination concepts
• Discussion of your BTP / Clean Core hands-on and live project work
