Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support Sales Distribution processes in ERP
• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash O2C cycle Quotation Order Delivery Billing Payment Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Work on pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management configurations Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments RICEFW objects
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions Perform system testing, UAT support, and documentation
• Train end-users and create process documentation Support integration with other modules MM, FI, WM, CRM Required.
