Technical and Professional Requirements
5+ years of experience in application maintenance implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects Experience across Electricity, Gas Water Utilities industries across UK, North America Europe regions Experience with CRM ISU Integration Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects Client facing experience. Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup Integration Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment Setup of Direct Debit Payments Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan Setup of Main Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing Invoicing process Good Experience in Invoice Layout Bill Print Integration with Billing FICA
