• Experience in leading the ServiceNow testing projects for about 1-2 years and should have complete knowledge on the testing process.

• Should have experience in preparing Test Strategy and Test Plan

• Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD etc.

• Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool.

• Proficiency in understanding the requirements and review test cases efficiently.

• Should have involved in the ServiceNow Integrations validation

• Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting

• Good in Client communications and sharing the Monthly, Weekly and Daily status report.

• Should track the deliverables as project timelines and good in highlighting project risks • Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process.
