Job description:
We are looking for skilled professionals with 6 to 11 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team immediately. The positions are available in Pune and Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including LMS, Compensation and Variable Pay, Onboarding 2.0, and Integrations.
- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, EIP, and Payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of SAP SuccessFactors configurations and processes.
- Train and support end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including LMS, Compensation and Variable Pay, Onboarding 2.0, and Integrations.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
