• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Experience working with the Employee Central platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key functions like business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects. • Knowledge of EC Integrations: Exposure to internal and external EC integrations, including understanding of data exchange and interface protocols. • SuccessFactors Modules: Experience working with other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central. • Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing client requirements to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. • Solution Design: Experience designing HR technology solutions that meet clients’ business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
