- As a recent Graduate who has completed SAP Basis training, your primary role will involve queue management in ServiceNow for the PC3-MSM team.

- – Monitoring new tickets in the MSM queue and ensuring IRT achievement
- – Supporting workload distribution of cases under the guidance of SDM and Senior leaders
- – On-the-Job Training by shadowing a senior dCEM to understand the process of supporting Incidents and Service Requests
