Job Description :
Role SAP S4HANA PP PI QM Lead Consultant
Designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Production Planning PP, Process Industries PI, and Quality Management QM modules within the S4HANA environment. This role involves leading full lifecycle implementations, managing rollouts, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise :
Strong knowledge of discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with MRP, capacity planning, variant configuration, PI sheets, and shop floor control.
QM processes: in process inspection, quality certificates, notifications.
Integration Knowledge :
Cross functional integration with MM, SD, PM, WM, and EWM.
Preferred :
Experience in industries like Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, EPC.
Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP Solution Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and oversee end-to-end sap s/4hana production planning projects from planning to execution phases.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient production planning solutions within sap s/4hana.
3. Configure, customize, and implement sap s/4hana production planning modules according to business needs and best practices.
4. Conduct system testing, user training, and provide postimplementation support to ensure smooth operations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any production planning issues and optimize system performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, sap updates, and best practices related to production planning processes.
Skill Requirements :
2. Proficiency in sap s/4hana configuration, customization, and implementation for production planning.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production planning challenges.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead project teams and engage with stakeholders.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
