Job Summary : 

The Technical Lead (SAP ABAP on HANA) will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing SAP ABAP development projects on HANA platform. The individual will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and implementing SAP solutions to meet business requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in sap ABAP on Hana development projects.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions in alignment with business needs.

3. Develop and enhance sap ABAP  programs on Hana platform for optimal performance.

4. Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement best practices.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in sap systems.

6. Stay updated with the latest sap technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

7. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Skill Requirements :

1. Strong proficiency in sap ABAP programming language.

2. Hands-on experience with sap Hana database and development tools.

3. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana and Fiori applications.

4. Experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end sap development projects.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

8. Certification in sap ABAP on Hana is a plus.

Other Requirements :

1.SAP Certified Development Specialist ABAP for SAP HANA (If any)
