Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP QM Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and quality processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Skills
- SAP PP (Production Planning) experience
- SAP QM (Quality Management) experience
- SAP HANA hands-on skills
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support
- Integration of SAP PP and QM with SAP HANA
- Experience with SAP PP modules (Material Requirements Planning, Production Orders, Capacity Planning)
- Experience with SAP QM modules (Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Certificates)
- Data modeling and analytics in SAP HANA
- Configuration and customization of SAP PP and QM modules Knowledge of SAP PP and QM workflows and processes
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to PP, QM, and HANA Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA integration with SAP PP and QM
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for business users Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams Knowledge of SAP ERP modules (SD/MM/WM/PP/PM/GTS)
- Experience in handling production planning and quality management processes
- Familiarity with SAP PPQM data integration and replication
- Ability to design and implement SAP PPQM solutions
- Experience with SAP PPQM document management and version control
- Knowledge of SAP PPQM compliance management and risk assessment
