We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to join our team and lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA projects. The role involves coordinating test planning, execution, defect management, and ensuring project quality across all modules.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage all SAP S/4HANA testing phases including planning, execution, and reporting.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business goals.
*Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts for SAP S/4HANA modules.
*Conduct performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
*Provide leadership and mentoring to junior testers.
*Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
*Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and architecture.
*Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
*Expertise in performance testing, regression testing, and UAT.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
