JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a recent Graduate who has completed SAP Basis training, your primary role will involve queue management in ServiceNow for the PC3-MSM team. During your shift hours, you will be responsible for monitoring new tickets assigned to the MSM queue and ensuring IRT achievement by following up with respective Dems. You will work under the guidance of the SDM and Senior leaders to support in workload distribution of cases.
- -Job Training by shadowing a senior deem in the team to understand the process of supporting different types of Incidents and Service Requests.
- – Recent Graduate who has completed SAP Basis training
- – Queue management in ServiceNow for the PC3-MSM team
