Key Responsibilities :

- Executing day-to-day data entry, updates, and maintenance for customer accounts, contacts, materials, and pricing structures within Salesforce and SAP (including SAP MDG/ERP).
- Ensuring the “Golden Record” integrity by proactively merging duplicates and resolving conflicting entity information across both platforms.
- Enforcing company data standards, validation rules, and compliance policies during data creation and modification lifecycles.
- Partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align system data with fast-moving operational requirements
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing automation enhancements to streamline the client-onboarding or product-launch lifecycle
- Conducting system-use training sessions to educate commercial teams on proper Salesforce and SAP data hygiene

Authoring and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries, and training materials for end-users
