Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR Data Analysis, Reports and Dashboards
- Be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors data model
- Expert in SAP Data tools incl. Business Data Cloud, People Intelligence.
- Expert level support for HR Analytics and processes
- Solutions interfaces management
- Authorizations concept for Global Reporting
- Communication with business process owners
- Communication with Global HR community
- HR solutions architecture maintenance
- Solutions/changes documentation
What we’re looking for For the HR Solution Manager position:
- Experience of at least 3 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional teamwork or similar function.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Process oriented way of thinking as well as an analytical way of working. Self-motivated, result oriented and a team player with cultural sensitivity.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art HR-IT tools and SAP HR and SuccessFactors skills.
- Familiarity with common business tools like O365.
- Project management and English skills.
