Job Summary
S4 Hana certification mandatory
• Accountable for the performance of subordinates or the work output of managed subcontractors
• Exercises judgment in planning and organizing work
• Work in shifts which may include weekends or public holidays as required by the project
• Delivery and management of CMS UK BASIS managed services to industry leading standards
• Accountable for delivery of NetWeaver and HANA consultancy, operational support and upgrade services
• Working with a team of onshore and offshore BASIS consultants / administrators providing monitoring, administration and troubleshooting services
• Acting as a point of contact for SAP Technical related questions and problems
• Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution
• Run multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
• Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
• Maintain collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security)
• Support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality
• Perform installations upgrades, migration, refreshes, and system copy and provide on-going maintenance on various SAP systems
• Identifies and resolve business issues
• Serve as technical support for medium to complex problem resolution
• Automate administrative and operational functions
• Measurement of DBMS performance and tuning
• Works on future Mergers & Acquisitions projects
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines
• SAP Support Package Stack application (ABAP & Java)
• Experience in performing a role as a Technical Consulting at least two end-to-end projects (Upgrades, Implementations )
• Senior Consultant will require Functional/technical proficiency with at least of 6 years SAP Basis consulting experience, with min 4-7 Full Cycle Project Implementation experience in a consulting environment
• Implementation experience of SAP applications (ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, EP, PO, BOBJ, ..)
• Experience in SAP landscape strategy, providing SAP System maintenance, Client strategy, SAP Code migrations on schedule basis, Transport Management Systems, change management, workflow
• Analysis and technical recommendation and application of OSS Notes
• Day to day maintain SAP batch job schedule, monitoring and interfaces jobs
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

• The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
• Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
