We are looking for an experienced SAP PMO with 2+ years of SAP PMO/Project Management experience to support large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project governance, program management, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP PMO governance activities across multiple projects.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, milestones, and project dashboards.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project review and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure adherence to SAP project methodologies and governance standards.
• Manage vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Support change management and project documentation.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skill Set:

• Extensive experience in SAP Project Management, SAP Activate Methodology, Agile and Waterfall project management, project governance, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, RAID management, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI reporting
• Vendor management, executive stakeholder communication, leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
