Job Description

    As an SAP ABAP Staff at EY, you will be responsible for various tasks related to development, technical design, and support of SAP systems.
    Here is an overview of your role and responsibilities:
    Role Overview:
    You will be proficient in development, technical design, and unit test scripts based on functional design documents.It is essential to adhere to prescribed coding standards during development work and prepare quality deliverables within designated project timelines. You will also assist business users during design, FUTs, and UATs, and prepare unit test cases for technical components. Additionally, you will support end users in resolving reported incidents within prescribed SLA and work in shifts to support client engagements.
    Key Responsibilities: – Develop technical design and unit test scripts based on functional design documents
    – Adhere to coding standards during development work – Prepare quality deliverables within project timelines
    – Assist business users during design, FUTs, and UATs
    – Support end users in resolving reported incidents within SLA
    – Work in shifts to support client engagements – Collaborate with offshore, client, and onsite teams
    – Willingness to travel onsite on a short or long-term basis – Support the Project Management Office (PMO)
    – Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting technical issues
    – Experience in SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PS, PP, PM
    Qualifications Required:
    – Experience in Reports, ALV, User Exits, Enhancements, Smart forms, SAP Scripts
    – Proficiency in Module pool programming, BADI, BAPI, Function Modules – Knowledge in OOPS, BDC, Implementing SAP notes, LSMW
    – Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
    – At least 2 full life cycle implementations
    – Additional / Niche Skills: Working experience in at least one skillset such as CRM technical, SAP HANA, Mobility, PI-PO, Web-dynpro.
