Your work profile
As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze learning and development needs.
- Design and manage learning programs, curricula, items, and user roles within LMS.
- Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the LMS platform.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end-users and create documentation for system usage and processes.
