Desired qualifications
· Certified LMS practitioner with an experience of 3 – 5 years
· Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
· Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Learning based on business requirements
· Assist in developing functional specification for developments
· Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or users lack of experience
· Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
· An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
· A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Location and way of working
· Base location: Pan India
· This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
