Work you’ll do
Solution Delivery & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Oversee requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Ensure alignment of EC configuration with global HR policies and business processes.
- Manage data migration, validation, and cutover strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
- 3+ end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of global HR processes.
- Experience managing global or multi-country deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
