Your work profile

As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Integration Support & Enhancements:

• Support and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using CPI, Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
• Perform mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting of interfaces, ensuring smooth and timely data flow.
• Handle incident resolution and change requests related to middleware and replication scenarios.
• Monitor integration flows, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations in: CPI, Dell Boomi Integration platform, BIB replication. Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
• Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively. Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling. Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
