Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and configuration of ECP schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.
- Manage integration between Employee Central, ECP, and third-party systems (via SAP CPI or middleware).
- Oversee data migration, replication monitoring, and payroll testing cycles (unit, parallel, and UAT).
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and tax regulations.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot payroll issues, and optimize existing solutions.
- Guide junior consultants and support project management with solution documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years in SAP Payroll, with 3+ years in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC), BIB integrations, and EC–ECP data replication.
- Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, off-cycle payroll, and retro-calculations.
- Excellent understanding of Time, Benefits, and Finance integration touchpoints.
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification preferred.
- Strong client-facing, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Bachelors or Masters in any field.
