Work you’ll do
- Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and test SAP Fieldglass modules based on business requirements for contingent workforce and services procurement.
- Requirements Gathering & Process Design: Lead workshops to map client needs, analyze business processes, and recommend best practices.
- System Integration: Configure, test, and manage integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party HR/Finance systems.
- Data Management & Testing: Handle data migration, validate data, and conduct unit, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Training & Support: Provide end-user training, create user manuals, and offer post-go-live support to troubleshoot system issues.
- Optimization & Reporting: Monitor system performance, configure analytics, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–10+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW) processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data integration, API, and SAP ERP systems.
- Certifications: SAP Fieldglass Certification is preferred.

- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
