Job Summary

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

• • Design and configure SAP authorizations across ECC/S/4HANA.
  • Create, modify, and optimize roles (single, composite, derived).
  • Manage SU24 proposals, PFCG role build, and authorization object updates.
  • Work on user administration, role assignments, and mass provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues using tools like SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE.

  Operational Security & Support

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP security issues.
  • Conduct periodic role and user reviews.
  • Ensure secure access during new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Support cutover activities and transport movement of security roles

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, objects, and trace tools.
  • Experience across ECC and/or S/4HANA Security.
  • Expertise in:
  • Role design & maintenance
  • SU24, PFCG, SUIM
  • Fiori security
  • Experience in at least one implementation or upgrade project.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Education – Any graduate
