Job Summary

Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- 6-9 years of experience in master data management, data standardization, or data cleansing.
- Strong understanding of MDM systems and tools (e.g., SAP MDM, Informatica MDM, Oracle MDM, etc.).
- Proven experience with data quality assessment and remediation.
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, ETL, and cleansing tools.
- Knowledge of material master data (preferred) and familiarity with product classification standards (UNSPSC, eClass, GS1, etc.).
SAP Basis Professional should have
Lead the SAP Basis team in the administration, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and landscapes.
Oversee SAP system performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system availability and reliability.
Drive SAP system upgrades, patching, and transport management processes adhering to industry best practices.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement SAP infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
Manage SAP security administration, including user roles, authorizations, and compliance with governance standards.
Lead efforts on SAP Basis automation and cloud migration initiatives (e.g., SAP on AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP infrastructure).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP Basis team members and foster skill development.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior management regarding SAP Basis operations.
Stay current with emerging SAP Basis technologies and trends to continuously improve SAP landscape management.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in SAP system architecture, installation, configuration, and landscape management.
Hands-on experience with SAP upgrades, patch management, transport routes, and system monitoring tools.
Proficient in database administration (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) and operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP) and Basis automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
SAP Basis certification and relevant advanced qualifications preferred.
