To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
- SAP ABAP Professional should have:
- Develop cloud-ready applications using SAP BTP ABAP Environment and ABAP Cloud.
- Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Build RAP-based Business Objects, including behavior definitions, implementations, projections, and service bindings.
- Develop and expose OData V4 services through RAP for Fiori Elements applications.
- Implement validations, determinations, actions, late numbering, and factory actions within RAP BOs.
- Integrate BTP ABAP apps with S/4HANA Cloud or On-Premise using released APIs, OData, RFC, and SOAP (where permitted).
- Develop and optimize CDS views (views, view entities, metadata extensions).
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure high-quality clean code following ABAP Cloud rules.
- Work closely with architects, business teams, and functional experts to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with SAP BTP standards.
- Should be good team player
Desired qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Location and way of working
- Base location: Bengaluru
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
