· People Analytics / Reporting
· Payroll / Time
· Integrations & Technology
· Joule, Work Zone, Talent Intelligence Hub
· Any other SuccessFactors specialization

Skills and qualifications
· SuccessFactors certification in any module is preferred.
· Hands-on experience in implementation, support, design, or transformation projects
· Strong process understanding and ability to work in global delivery environments
