- Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication – Good to have
- Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
- Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively.
- Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification.
