Your work profile
- Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
- Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
- Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
Key skills required
• • 8+ years of SAP MM experience with strong expertise in Materials Management and Warehouse Management (WM)
• 2-5 years of domain experience in Procurement within Service, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or related industries preferred
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM with cross-functional integration to SAP SD
• Experience in SAP WM configuration and associated business processes
• Good exposure to SAP Workflow configuration, setup, and support activities
• Experience working with Invoice Processing and Accounts Payable processes
• Good understanding of SAP MM master data, procurement lifecycle, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Experience supporting Fit-Gap Assessments (F2S Workshops) and business process validation activities
• Experience supporting Local Data Structure collection and data migration activities
• Experience supporting role mapping exercises, business testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Good exposure to data loads, dual maintenance, and deployment support activities
• Awareness of Basic ABAP concepts with good understanding of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in interface development between SAP and connected applications
• Understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, SD, WM, and other cross-functional modules
• Well versed with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience working in global implementation and transformation programs preferred
