JOB SUMMARY
- Lead SAP Basis administration and landscape management across large-scale SAP transformation and S/4HANA programs.
- Drive architecture, installation, upgrade, migration, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Manage client-facing engagements while ensuring delivery excellence and governance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end SAP Basis operations including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager).
- Manage system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and support packs.
- Oversee SAP transport management (TMS) and change control processes.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery setup.
S/4HANA & Cloud Migrations
- Lead SAP S/4HANA conversions and greenfield implementations.
- Drive SAP migration projects (on-premise to cloud – Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Manage SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
- Support SAP BTP integration and hybrid landscapes.
Performance & Monitoring
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures.
- Ensure system health checks, early watch alerts, and root cause analysis.
- Implement proactive monitoring tools and automation where applicable.
