Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 5 – 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services: Extension Suite (CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma), Integration Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Experience with cloud-native application design, microservices, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
- Agile development experience.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in client engagements.
- Mentorship and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP BTP Extension Developer or similar certification.
- Experience with SAP Cloud SDK, API management, and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications and extensions on SAP BTP using tools like CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Build integrations leveraging SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP cloud solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SAP BTP applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and developers.
- Stay current with SAP BTP innovations, cloud trends, and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and client presentations.
