This role involves working closely with business teams to provide process expertise and support in optimizing SAP CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Process Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM business processes (Sales, Service, and Marketing).
Analyze and map business processes to standard SAP CRM processes.
Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
Sales Process:
Understand and support Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, and Order Management processes.
Marketing Process:
Knowledge on Campaign Management, Lead Management, and Segmentation processes
