Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced SAP FSCD (Collections Disbursements) TechnoFunctional Consultant to design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions for the insurance domain. The ideal candidate has deep functional expertise in core FSCD processes and the technical ability to design integrations, enhancements, and automationbridging business needs with scalable SAP designs on SAP S/4HANA (or ECC) and surrounding integration landscapes.

Duties

• Gather requirement through interviews, workshops, business processes, use case scenarios, task and workflow analysis. Identify all the systems, processes and users that are impacted by the system or business solutions.
• Design of functional and technical concepts in financial subledger accounting (SAP FP-SL)
• Create business process procedures for business areas that are impacted by FS-CD Biller Direct for Premium Billing.
• Responsible for the configuration functional tasks for FS-CD application. This requires close collaboration with other analysts that are responsible for other modules within ERP.
• Troubleshoot application performance and performing root cause analysis to resolve reported issues through footprint tickets for the Premium Billing issues.
• Control and Manage development and configuration environments to ensure the integrity of changes moved to productions.
• Provide clear and timely communication with both IT Management and Business Stakeholders on project deliverables.
• Coordinate development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs.
• Develop training materials and assist with business training.
• Coordinate with different vendors, IT teams to facilitate integration/end to end testing and review results with business.

Required:

• Senior SAP FS-CD Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 10+ years of implementation experience.
• SAPfunctional experience specializing in design and configuration ofSAP FS-CD application.
• Experience of at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations in Insurance industry is considered.
